- Kudowa lies at 400 m above sea level, in the western part of Kłodzka
Valley, next to Stołowe Mountains National Park, and near the Polish-Czech
border. The first spa facilities were set up as early as 1636. Kudowa's intensive
development started in 1905, when the new Spa House was built and railway
connections to the spa were ensured.

courts. Kudowa is a good base for trips to the Stołowe mountains, including Mt.
