- Długopole Zdrój is a peaceful little spa situated at 400 m above sea level,
at the foot of the Bystrzyckie mountains in the Nysa Kłodzka river valley. It is characterized
by considerable daily contrasts.
The spa is surrounded by large forest complexes. In the spa centre lies the extensive
Zdrojowy Park, established in the 19th century and including many rare tree and
shrub species. Set around it are numerous historical villas and boarding houses for
spa patients.

capital – Kłodzko.

asphalt-covered basketball and volleyball fields. The area abounds in marked
tourist routes, the most interesting one leading from Spalona Pass to the peak of
Maria Śnieżna. Staying in Długopole, it is worth visiting the Matchbox Label
Museum in Bystrzyca Kłodzka, and Międzygórze, a charming climatic mountain
station with Swiss-style wooden architecture.
